TERMS OF BOOKING OF CHI CENTRE COURSES
Terms of Booking from 15 June 2008*

Unless a course is subject to special terms of booking, to secure your place on any course, 35% of the course fee is payable on booking by debit card, cash, cheque or credit card.** The balance is due one month before the course for all courses over £500 and one week before the course for all courses under £500.
Moving your Booking to a Later Date
Full Price Courses
There is no penalty for moving course dates for up to two months before the start date;
25%* penalty for moving course dates between two months and six weeks before the start date;
No transfers are allowed six weeks before the course, but you can suggest a substitute student for the course at any time. Your substitute will need to go through our interview process just as you did and will need to receive your manuals from you and put in pre-course mandatory study time.
DISCOUNTED COURSES, EARLY BIRD BOOKINGS
AND SPECIAL OFFERS
ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Study Time Requirements
Please make sure you put in the pre-study time required. We reserve the right to ask you to withdraw from the course without a refund if you have not achieved the minimum competence level required by the time the course begins and you are not able to keep the pace of learning of your study group.
Cancellations and refunds before the course:
A 5%* fee applies to all cancellations/refunds for up to two months before the course. A 50%* penalty applies to all cancellations/refunds for up to six weeks before the start of the course. No refunds will be given thereafter.
Alterations
Sometimes we alter these terms and conditions when it becomes necessary. However your booking will be governed by the terms that were valid on the booking date. Therefore we recommend that you print out this page and other applicable pages when you book and keep them for future reference if needed.
Changes in Writing
If you wish to move the dates or cancel your course please notify us in writing. Telephone calls or messages are not accepted. Emails with receipt request are always the best way to advise us of your intentions, as they contain the date and the time of the message and are considered to be received on the day of sending. Letters must be posted so that they arrive to us inside the stated time limit, so you need to assume that we will be notified within 3-4 working days after posting and check that we have received the letter. If your cancellation or postponement needs to be made very close to the relevant time limits, and you don''t have access to e-mails, please post us a letter "next day delivery" .
